How we work

 

We set out to work co-operatively with clients in formulating critical issues and developing ways of managing and dealing with them. We work in collaboration with the management and staff of the client organisation. If a change programme is to succeed their commitment is critical. So we bring together the knowledge and experience of clients with the findings of social science and our own relevant knowledge and experience.

We transfer knowledge back to members of the organisation, helping them build the skills and insights needed to maintain developments or to initiate changes.

We recognise that each organisation is different, and every set ofcircumstances we encounter will be unique. We therefore don't offer pre-packaged solutions to organisational issues. Instead, we aim to work in partnership with clients, to enhance their own knowledge and experience as individuals or as a group building their capacity to bring about effective organisational change and development.
